In July 2014, BrandEcho was retained by Jaguar via the brand’s in-house digital agency Spark 44 to assist with content development for a pan-European online campaign organized n connection with the summer international futbol championship in Brazil. The agency was tasked with providing social media content and press release writing support for a social media contest showcasing Jaguar’s relationship with famed futbol coach, José Mourinho, known within the futbol enthusiast community as the “Special One.” Mourinho was utilized to attract fans to a futbol contest online.

BrandEcho devised social media posts, e-newsletter copy, and press release translation. The campaign was highly effective in spiking online engagement for the brand in key European markets and furthered social media channel traction across key target consumer demos.
