BrandEcho was retained by Child Success Center, a pediatric therapeutic institution in Santa Monica, California dedicated to helping children with learning, behavioral and developmental disorders, to gain acceptance and reputation among target audience groups. The Center’s primary goal was to reach parents, educators, physicians and community-based child advocates with key messaging about its occupational therapy services, as well as the credentials of its leadership team. Child Success Center’s “whole child treatment” approach made it unique among local competitive therapy centers.
As part of an ongoing awareness campaign, which included traditional Public Relations and social media support, BrandEcho created and managed all creative and content development for a monthly e-newsletter that served as the cornerstone of the Center’s email marketing effort. The newsletter was intended to reach core constituents in a position to either fund, recommend or rate the OT staff and leadership at Child Success, and also fuel enrollment in the Center’s year-round auxiliary and summer enrichment programs. The newsletter grew over the ensuing months and successfully served as an integral tool and mouthpiece for the organization – reaching all touch points within the local children’s education and wellness communities.
